Summer Trends

I love these things from forever 21. They always have new things every season and are always on trend. I would not say that their quality is great but its cheap and will last through the season. My favorite are the pink sequin oxfords I love them. Here is so inspiration for summer.

Home Accents

Here are a few things I love from Modcloths apartment section. This hedgehog doormat is so adorable. I love the dish drying rack. Ones I have found are boring but this one is so girly and cute. I also love the little bird shaker set and penguin ice cream scoop kitchen accessories. This cardboard deer head I fell in love with, I have seen other versions but this one is the cheapest. The bird picture hanger is so cute and I love seeing new ways to hang pictures around the house. I have seen these little notepads like this all out of at boutiques and love them, especially the other notepad themes like fashion citation and paper pickup. This shower curtain is a little pricy to me but is so worth it to me. I have seen these electronic charger grass stations and I love them. They keep all the cords hidden and is such a modern idea, also is really cheap.

Office Makeover

I made over my moms cubicle/office. It was really boring and depressing before but we brought in a few things that completely changed the look of her office from depressing to a place that is comfortable and you want to be. You can see the few things we got for organization and to bring in some color.

1.) Letter Tray. Ikea. $7.99
2.) Rug. Ikea. $19.99
3.) Set of 3 Vases. Ikea. $12.99
4.) Plant Pot. Unknown. $2.99
5.) Scrapbook Paper Pack. Joann's. $14.99
6.) Flowers. Ikea. $1.99
7.) Clear Push Pins. Target. $2.99
8.) 2 Side Picture Frame. Ikea. 0.99¢
9.) Set of 2 Magazine File. Ikea. $9.99

Here are the before pictures:
Here are the after pictures:

The first thing I did was pick a pattern and the sheets of the scrap booking paper I was going to use. Then put them into the wall with the push pins on the whole wall. The organization trays and things are a great way to keep everything organized and looking neat. The magazine holders are great for magazines or folders. The plant holders are a great decorative alternative for holding office supplies like pens etc... These picture frames from Ikea are great because they stand up on their own and have 2 sides. Also they were really cheap. The before picture shows the floor before the rug. It had a huge metal electrical panel and this rug covers it up perfectly and also was really cheap. The rug is not very durable, but was perfect for this project. Also the bamboo is a perfect plant for the office because it is a low maintenance plant. Hope you like it and find inspiration from this.
